SPARK at Stanford is pleased to announce that California Life Sciences (CLS) has awarded it the 2022 Pantheon Award for Academia, Non-profit, and Research. The award recognizes SPARK for its commitment to advancing promising biomedical discoveries that benefit patients.

“SPARK at Stanford is honored to receive the Pantheon Award, reflecting the excellence of the academics at Stanford that participate in the program and the fantastic contribution of the over 100 industry expert volunteers that help us mature these early discoveries to benefit patients and society,” said Daria Mochly-Rosen, founder and co-director of SPARK at Stanford.

“Pantheon Award winners represent California’s brightest innovators, entrepreneurs, and scientists, and we champion their progress in delivering innovative solutions for healthier lives,” said Mike Guerra, CLS president and CEO. “CLS congratulates SPARK on their deserved recognition, and we look forward to seeing their work continue to make an impact.”

Pantheon, now in its 19th year, is a long-standing awards celebration that brings together more than 500 industry pioneers to recognize the contributions of leading life sciences innovators in the state. Winners were announced at the awards ceremony on Thursday, November 3 in San Francisco.
